Alendrial's Portable Library

Alendrial's Portable Library is really two mods in one:

• Alendrial's Portable Library (container) - Scans your inventory for books and adds them to a weightless container for easy transport.
• Alendrial's Carpe Librvm (spell) - When cast, all books in the area are magically teleported to your inventory. This spell doesn't steal books - it will only grab books that you could take without stealing.
